Information you provide
The project inquiry form collects your name, email address, optional company, selected service, budget range, timeline, project summary, and consent choice. A request identifier and submission time are created when the form is accepted.
Technical data
Cloudflare may process standard network and request data, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect the website. The inquiry endpoint derives a one-way hash from the connection address for short-lived rate limiting.
How information is used
Inquiry information is used to review and respond to your request, send a confirmation, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot delivery. THANLAR does not sell inquiry information or use it for unrelated advertising.
Storage and providers
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Inquiry notifications and confirmations are sent through configured email infrastructure. Information is retained only as needed for correspondence, security, operational records, and applicable legal obligations.
Analytics and cookies
The website does not load advertising trackers and does not intentionally set non-essential cookies. If this changes, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated.
Your choices
You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of inquiry information by emailing admin@thanlar.com. Include the request identifier when available. Do not email passwords, payment information, or identity documents.
