ASK VPN Terms and Conditions

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using ASK VPN, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use ASK VPN.

ASK VPN is operated by KHING HTET SAN COMPANY LIMITED. The business information in these Terms is provided as a placeholder and must be confirmed before final store submission.

ASK VPN provides virtual private network access that may route your device internet traffic through remote VPN infrastructure. The service may include mobile apps, desktop apps, account provisioning, VPN configuration, support, update checks, notifications, and related backend systems.

ASK VPN does not guarantee that the service will make you anonymous, unblock every website or service, improve every network connection, bypass every restriction, or protect you from every security threat. Some websites, apps, platforms, networks, governments, and service providers may block or restrict VPN use.

You are responsible for your device, account credentials, profile ID, VPN configuration, subscription access, and all activity using your ASK VPN access. You agree to provide accurate information where required and to keep account and device information reasonably secure.

You must not share, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, modify, resell, or redistribute ASK VPN access, credentials, configuration files, subscription URIs, or app materials unless we give written permission.

You agree to use ASK VPN only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms, applicable laws, app store rules, network rules, and third-party service terms.

You must not use ASK VPN to commit, encourage, hide, or assist illegal activity; send spam, phishing, malware, ransomware, bot traffic, credential attacks, denial-of-service traffic, or abusive automated traffic; hack, scan, attack, disrupt, overload, damage, or gain unauthorized access to systems, networks, accounts, devices, or data; infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights; harass, threaten, exploit, abuse, defame, or harm another person or group; access or distribute exploitative content involving minors; bypass sanctions, export controls, fraud controls, payment rules, or legal restrictions; resell access without permission; or interfere with ASK VPN infrastructure, app stores, VPN servers, security systems, or other users.

We may investigate suspected abuse and cooperate with lawful requests from courts, regulators, law enforcement, app stores, payment processors, or infrastructure providers.

ASK VPN may offer free access, limited trials, promotional access, prepaid plans, or subscriptions. Features, speed, server availability, duration, device limits, bandwidth limits, renewal terms, and pricing may vary by plan, platform, region, promotion, and app version.

If ASK VPN offers in-app purchases or subscriptions through Apple App Store or Google Play, billing, renewal, cancellation, refund eligibility, taxes, and payment disputes are handled under the applicable store terms and account settings. We cannot guarantee refunds except where required by law or by the relevant app store policy.

If ASK VPN offers access through other approved channels, additional payment or entitlement terms may apply. Store-distributed builds must comply with Apple App Store and Google Play payment rules. Any external payment workflow must be disclosed and implemented only where permitted.

ASK VPN is provided on an "as available" basis. We may change, update, suspend, remove, limit, or discontinue any part of the service, including servers, locations, protocols, apps, features, plans, access methods, and backend systems.

VPN performance may be affected by your device, operating system, local network, ISP, region, server load, selected protocol, third-party outages, government or network restrictions, app store requirements, maintenance, or misuse by other users.

We may issue app updates, require minimum versions, or block outdated app versions for security, compatibility, legal compliance, or service reliability.

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access to ASK VPN if we reasonably believe that you violated these Terms, created risk for ASK VPN or others, misused the service, failed to pay where payment is required, violated law, triggered abuse controls, or used the service in a way that could harm infrastructure, users, partners, app stores, or third parties.

You may stop using ASK VPN at any time. You may request account or data deletion by following the process in our Privacy Policy. Deletion may end VPN access and remove account or entitlement records.

ASK VPN, including the app, website, design, branding, code, text, logos, documentation, configuration systems, and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use ASK VPN according to these Terms, we do not grant you any ownership or intellectual property rights.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, attempt to extract source code from, or create derivative works of ASK VPN except where applicable law permits such activity despite this restriction.

Our Privacy Policy explains how ASK VPN collects, uses, stores, shares, and deletes information. By using ASK VPN, you acknowledge that VPN operation requires network traffic to pass through VPN infrastructure and that providers may process technical metadata needed to operate and secure the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASK VPN is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted service, error-free operation, security, availability, speed, compatibility, and accuracy.

We do not guarantee that ASK VPN will prevent all tracking, monitoring, malware, phishing, data breaches, identity theft, censorship, throttling, location detection, or network restrictions. You remain responsible for your own legal compliance, security practices, account choices, and use of the internet.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KHING HTET SAN COMPANY LIMITED, its owners, directors, employees, contractors, suppliers, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, access, business, or opportunities, arising from or related to ASK VPN or these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to ASK VPN or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to ASK VPN for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 10 if you did not pay for the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Myanmar, Burma, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your location require otherwise. Courts or authorities with jurisdiction in Myanmar, Burma will have authority over disputes where permitted by law.

Confirm the governing law and dispute forum with qualified counsel before final publication if ASK VPN serves users outside Myanmar, Burma.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we may provide notice through the app, website, email, or app store release notes where appropriate. Your continued use of ASK VPN after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
